Holiday Workshop Terms & Conditions

Payment & Bookings

• Full payment is required to secure your child’s spot.

• Bookings are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled with at least 1 day’s notice or transferred to another child.
   

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

• Children must be dropped off and picked up on time.

• Only adults listed on the enrolment form may collect your child.
   

Supervision & Behaviour

• All children are supervised by Art Playground staff throughout the workshop.

• Children are expected to follow staff instructions and behave safely.
   

Clothing & Materials

• Please dress your child in clothes suitable for art activities.

• All standard art materials are provided.
   

Food Breaks

• Workshops include morning/afternoon tea and a lunch break.

• Children must bring allergy-safe food and a water bottle (no nuts).
   

Photography

• Photos or videos may be taken for promotional use.

• Inform us if you do not wish your child to be included.
