Event Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an event booking. Bookings are confirmed once the
deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event
unless otherwise agreed.

2. Event Duration
Event duration will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please arrive no earlier than 10–15 minutes
before the scheduled start time unless arranged in advance.

3. Number of Participants
The agreed number of participants will be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional participants
may incur an extra fee per person. Please confirm the final number of attendees at least 7 days
before the event.

4. Supervision
Art Playground staff supervise the art activity. If celebratory food or catering is brought to the event, at least one parent or responsible adult must remain present to supervise and coordinate food distribution. Art Playground staff are not responsible for supervision outside the art activity.

5. Food & Refreshments
Clients may bring food or refreshments unless otherwise arranged. Art Playground does not
prepare, cut, or serve food. The event host is responsible for distributing food and managing any
allergies.

6. Decorations
Simple decorations are welcome. Confetti, glitter, wall adhesives, or decorations that may damage
the studio are not permitted.

7. Allergies & Medical Conditions
Participants or guardians must inform the studio of any allergies or medical conditions prior to the
event.

8. Damages
The event host or responsible organiser may be held responsible for any intentional damage caused
to studio property by event participants or guests.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. With at least 7 days notice, the event may be rescheduled once,
subject to availability.

10. Photography
Photos may be taken during events for studio promotional purposes unless participants or
guardians notify us otherwise in advance.

11. Personal Belongings
Art Playground is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

12. Safety
Art Playground reserves the right to stop any activity that may pose a safety risk to participants,
guests, or staff.
