Drop-In Art (under 12) Terms & Conditions

1. Supervision

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on-site at all times.

  • Supervising adults are responsible for their child’s safety and behaviour while in the studio.

2. Booking & Attendance

  • Sessions are subject to availability.

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced class time.

  • Bookings are non-refundable.

3. Behaviour

  • Children are expected to behave safely and follow staff instructions.

  • Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the session.

4. Materials

  • All standard art materials are provided.

  • Children may use paints, glue, scissors, and other craft materials under staff supervision.

5. Food & Breaks

  • Children may bring a water bottle and snacks.

  • No nuts or nut-containing products are allowed for the safety of all participants.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for providing allergy-safe food.

6. Photography

  • Art Playground may take photos or videos for promotional purposes.

  • If you do not give permission, please notify staff.

7. Liability

  • Participation is at the child’s own risk.

  • Art Playground is not liable for accidental injuries unless caused by staff negligence.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child while on site.

 Drop-In Art (Adults) Terms & Conditions

1. Passes & Single Entry

  • 10-Pass Drop-In: Each pass includes 10 sessions, valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Passes are non-refundable.

  • Single Entry: Individual drop-in sessions are non-refundable.

  • Sessions are subject to availability.

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced class time.

2. Pass Tracking (10-Pass Only)

  • Attendance will be recorded by staff for each session used.

  • Participants may request a record of remaining sessions at any time.

  • Lost passes will not be replaced; the attendance record will serve as proof of use.

3. Behaviour

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow staff instructions.

  • Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the session without a refund.

4. Food & Breaks

  • Participants may bring a water bottle.

  • Snacks or food breaks are not included in drop-in sessions.

5. Photography

  • Art Playground may take photos for promotional purposes.

  • If you do not give permission, please notify staff.
